How to complain about receiving cold calls, spam, silent calls, junk mail, etc
We recommend that you complain about junk mail, calls, text and emails because the government and regulatory bodies will only do something about it if you tell them it’s a big problem so please spend the time complaining to help yourself and others in the long run.
Report live sales calls (where a real person speaks to you) to the Telephone Preference Service:
Report cold calls, silent calls, faxes, messages, etc to the Information Commissioner
Report still getting addressed junk mail (note that the MPS service only applies to DMA companies):
